BEFORE & AFTER • OUR LATEST HOME STAGING PROJECT

BEFORE & AFTER • OUR LATEST HOME STAGING PROJECT

Jan 31, 2018

(After • light and bright neutrals reimagine the grand scale and unparalleled views this home offers)

(Before • Our client had gold walls and heavy furniture and window treatments)

A picture really does say a 1,000 words, especially when it comes to a dramatic Before & After. We recently worked with a client on a Home Staging project and just love the result. Our client was ready to downsize after some life changes. Her home was very specific to her taste and to get her house MLS-ready, we concepted a styled, elevated, light and bright palette with layers of grays and creams. We selected neutral pieces and decor that accentuate the grand space. And, as importantly, we defined the new focal point of her home - the gorgeous 180-view of lovely Las Vegas! And what a sight it was!

As a result of painting, staging and styling, our client's home sold within days for the asking price! Happiness all around!

Check out this pretty apartment in Brazil that incorporates tile work in much of the foot print, including the walls and ceilings (Love!). Extra design idea, adding tile vertically encourages your eyes to keep moving. This makes a small(er) space feel big.
